Monetisation
Revenue report with bar charts, a calculator and a laptop on a finance desk

Find every way your business can make money

Monetisation reads your site, pricing and revenue data and shows the next ways to earn more, each with an estimate in dollars. Then it tests them for you.

Most businesses earn from one or two streams and leave the rest to chance. Monetisation checks all sixteen, marks which you use, which can grow and which are missing, and puts a monthly range on each gap.

Connect, find, test, in that order

Connections are read-only. Monetisation builds one revenue model from them, runs the opportunity engine over it and closes the loop with a measured experiment.

Method and first steps

214 accounts on Team at $49 a month bring $10,486 MRR. A 12 percent increase adds $1,258 per month on those accounts, and we subtract 4 percent assumed extra churn. The range uses 6 to 15 percent increases with 3 to 4 percent extra churn. Example figures. This is an estimate, not a guarantee of results.

Every number shows how it was made

An estimate you cannot check is a guess. Each opportunity carries a low, expected and high monthly value, a confidence label, effort and risk, and the method in plain words: which inputs, which assumption, which range.

  • Your own numbers first

With billing connected, the estimate uses your plans, accounts, discounts and churn. From public pages alone it uses your revenue band and says so.

  • Ranges, not promises

The expected value sits inside a range, and overlapping plays are combined, not added, so the total stays honest.

  • Labelled every time

Every figure is marked as an estimate. Never a guarantee of results.

Test the idea before you bet the quarter on it

One click turns an opportunity into an experiment with a hypothesis, a metric, a baseline and a test window. Results arrive as lift with an interval and a plain verdict. Losses are shown too, because a test that saves you from a bad price change is worth as much as a win.

Estimate

$25,313

Low $16,875High $31,350

That is about 43 times the yearly cost of Starter, $49 a month billed yearly.

This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Method: price change on current MRR kept by 50, 75 or 90 percent of customers, plus churn saved by yearly billing at 1, 1.5 or 2 points a month, compounded over twelve months.

Read-only by design

Monetisation never changes a price, a charge, a customer or a subscription in your accounts. It reads, computes and shows. Any change is yours to make.

How we handle your data
Hands on a laptop adjusting access settings in a quiet office
  • Restricted read-only keys

Stripe connects with a restricted key that can only read. Analytics and CRM use read scopes.

  • Encrypted at rest

Credentials and synced data are encrypted at rest and in transit.

  • No model training

Your data computes your own model and results. It never trains AI models.

  • Roles and audit log

Owner, admin, analyst and viewer roles. Every sign-in, export and source change is logged.

  • Retention you control

Pick how long synced data is kept, or delete the workspace data at any time.

  • SSO and DPA on Scale

SAML single sign-on, a data processing agreement and a security review pack.

Common objection

We are too small for this.

From public pages alone you get directional ranges and a clear list of what to try first. That is the point of the sample audit.

Common objection

An AI will make up numbers.

The engine computes estimates from rules and your data, and shows the arithmetic. AI writes the narrative, not the numbers.

Common objection

We cannot risk a pricing mistake.

That is why changes go through experiments with a holdout or a baseline, and the verdict can be a loss.

Pricing that pays for itself with one change

Three plans, each a subscription. Yearly billing halves the monthly price. Every plan includes full audits with methods, experiments and the AI analyst.

Notebook with a pencilled estimate range next to a chart
What is a monetization platform?

A monetization platform looks at how a business makes money today and finds more ways to earn from the same product, audience and traffic. Monetisation does this across 16 revenue streams, from subscriptions and pricing to ads, sponsorship, licensing and API fees, and then tests the best ideas.

Are the revenue estimates real or made up?

Every estimate is a range with a low, expected and high value, and it shows its method: the inputs used and the assumption behind them. From public pages alone the base is the revenue band you choose. With billing data connected, the estimate uses your own plans, accounts, discounts and churn. It is an estimate, never a guarantee.

Will you change my prices or touch my Stripe account?

No. Connections are read-only. You connect Stripe with a restricted key that can only read. Any price change is made by you in your own billing, or shown to visitors through the experiment snippet you install.

Does this work if we are not a SaaS company?

Yes. The opportunity library has plays for publishers, creators, apps and games, marketplaces, e-commerce stores and API or data businesses, including ads, sponsorship, memberships, take rates, seller subscriptions and AI crawler licensing.

How is this different from a pricing consultant?

A consultant runs a project and leaves a report. Monetisation keeps auditing as your data changes, shows the method behind every number, and measures each change with an experiment. It costs from 49 USD a month billed yearly. For a one-off repositioning of a large enterprise, a consultant can still be the better choice.

How much data do I need?

None for the sample audit: it reads up to five public pages of your site. For a full audit, connecting billing data gives the most precise ranges. Small businesses get directional ranges with a lower confidence label.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is used only to compute your own revenue model, opportunities and experiment results. It is encrypted at rest and you can delete the workspace data from settings at any time.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. You cancel from the billing page in a couple of clicks. Access lasts until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are final, as described in the refund policy.
